You can submit as many tickets as you like (unlimited revisions), we will action each request one at a time.

Beyond the “Brand Accelerator” plan, for our on-going design and development plans, these plans are on a month-to-month basis and are self-managed by you the “client”. You are responsible for downgrading, upgrading, pausing or cancelling your plan. There will be no reminders or notifications from the Khula team for plan management. You can manage your plan within your Stripe dashboard login on the left under “Change Plan” tab.
*Please sign-in to your Stripe portal using your original email you used to sign-up with.

Should a task require more time or you have run out of time based on your bundle for the month, we will inform you immediately. 

If you at any stage you would like to download your invoices / receipts, downgrade or upgrade your plan, pause or cancel. You can do so by logging into your dashboard 

here

Do I get to meet with KHULA team on video calls to discuss my project and or designs? Yes, but only on the “Brand Accelerator” plan. For on-going development and maintenance plans, all communication is handled via your dashboard and email.
