Welcome to our help center. Website maintenance and upkeep for Khula's existing clients only.
Your website should never remain static. It's not great for SEO and it's not great for your visitors and business. As one of our existing clients and apart of the Khula family, we want to continue seeing your business thrive online.
We don't want development costs to be the barrier or reason for you not keeping your Webflow website updated. Thus, we have two simple, yet affordable and effective maintenance services below to help keep your website current and updated.
Mini Maintenance Package
A great mini-monthly package to keep your website updated. Through the below ticket system you can submit up to 25 change requests or updates p/m (that's $11 per ticket, not bad right?) — allowing you to focus on your business while we do the updating for you.
These mini updates will cover the basic day-to-day or weekly changes such as: swapping out images, updating messaging or titles, buttons, adding menu or footer links, updating the CMS fields, adding blogs or case studies to the CMS.

Advanced Dev Updates
Need some more advanced work done on your Webflow website, that might require expertise that are out of your hands. At a reduced rate, we'll help you improve your site as and when needed with more advanced features and things like:
Adding filters, changing menu and footer layouts, updating page layouts, adding in new sections, connecting the CMS to new sections or pages, adding additional pages using existing components, adding movement and interactions to bring elements to life.

Brand Support
Brand support is an add-on service to ensure that once you launch your new brand, you have the support and backup to help you roll out the brand visual and written elements we crafted together. You’re not alone on your brand-building journey — we got you. We also offer ad-hoc one-on-one consulting to work through any digital or backend admin organizational needs.

Submit Your Ticket
1. Both services (Mini Maintenance Package & Advanced Dev Updates) exclude any custom graphic and UX/UI design. Design hours will need to be quoted for should we not be using an existing component or layout that was developed previously in your website.
2. All copywriting such as titles, paragraphs, and CMS content must be provided in a Word Document and uploaded to the support ticket. The above excludes any copywriting. Should you need additional help, this can be provided at Khula's regular hourly rate.
3. The above excludes sourcing of stock images or paid stock images and videos. This will need to be upload to the support ticket.
4. Each support ticket will be vetted, should the request fall under the "Advance Dev Updates" package, we will notify you via email immediately with the hour/s and cost breakdown to discuss the task before commencing with the updates.
5. For both services, the development updates exclude any lottie files, custom graphics such as icons, illustrations or background images.
6. Payment terms for The Mini Maintenance Package: will be billed automatically each month as per the reoccurring subscription service you signed up with above using Stripe. Should you wish to pause or cancel the contract, a one (1) months notice must be sent through to support@khula.studio
7. Payment terms for Advance Dev Updates: will be calculated and billed according to the agreed and tracked hours and payment is due upon completion of the work.
8. Unused tickets or hours will not carry over each month or be banked.
9. Mini Maintenance Package: one single request per ticket allowed. Up to 25 tickets / requests per month. One ticket per 24 hour period can be submitted. Tickets can not be bundled or grouped in a 24 hour period.
