Joshua James needed to pivot from in-person training to online, but he needed a professional brand image and website to attract new customers and leads.
Joshua tried to DIY a website on Wix but didn't really have the design know-how to make his brand image stand out. Post-pandemic all of this clients switched to virtual online training and he needed a new professional brand image to attract more clients online and have a seamless onboarding process for bookings.
With no real brand identity, visual system, or messaging, Joshua's brand fell a little flat. He needed help unpacking how he wants to show up, who he wants to target, and how to speak to them. He needed a solid foundation to work from and a website that was easy to use and maintain himself moving forward.
We didn't have a lot of time as Joshua wanted to go to market quickly. So we started with a discovery call to unpack everything about Joshua, his clients, how he serves them, and his onboarding process. We then used this information to gather research and start mood boarding to build out his new brand identity and visual system.
During this time, we helped Joshua craft his messaging and story for the landing page. Once we had both of these elements we quickly moved into UX/UI web design — helping Joshua see the bigger picture through a website prototype before moving into development. We developed and QA'd the site within a week and launched it in a new no-code platfrom called Webflow. The result? A professional online presence and brand image that Joshua can now be proud of!
