Forty Ninth Living is a Chilliwack real estate brokerage specializing in property management, with 11+ years across nine housing types and hundreds of properties. Founder Kristie Derkson had built separate Wix sites and logos for every property, which was costly and time-consuming, and wanted one professional brand that resonated with her audience. After discovery and strategy, we created an elegant on-brand identity and built one Webflow site with a powerful CMS, so Kristie can showcase and update every rental in one place under a single hosting fee. Won Best Website, July 2021, Design Rush.
