DIY wasn’t cutting it for Jill, owner at Felty & Co. Her DIY brand and template Squarespace site felt like a mishmash of “good enough” ideas. Everything designed was simple, flat, and generic without personality or polish. She knew what looked good — and what didn’t — so Jill always felt like she was undercutting the value of what she had to offer with her basic logo. Yet her team didn’t have the tools to elevate it.
