The Challenge
SureStep found themselves out of step with an outdated logo and WordPress website that was missing the mark. The content and flow didn’t create a great user experience (UX), and the design didn’t help to stand out from competitors in the GRC and ESG space. To elevate their brand experience, they needed a modern, and professional look to enhance their perceived value amongst the global corporations they serve. SureStep needed a brand image they could feel proud of.



The Outcome
To kick things off, we unpacked SureStep’s brand strategy and positioning. Our goal was to help them reshape their online and offline presence. Based on this research, we put together the new copy for their entire website. It was clear and concise, helping our UX/UI designer map out the structure and flow to create a smooth transition between messaging and design.
Next, we infused the new brand identity and visuals into the website design. It was also rolled out across every online and offline touchpoint. This created a cohesive, delightful, and on brand look and feel. We then built out the site in Webflow, adding important SEO fundamentals. Our work gave SureStep a powerful, modern, and professional brand image. The new design assets help them show up consistently across touchpoints and bring a holistic and elevated design experience to their clients.
