The Challenge
Chilliwack had no central place where residents could quickly search, compare, and connect with trusted local businesses. Most directories felt outdated, cluttered, or lacked credibility — and small business owners didn’t have the time, skills, or budget to build a polished website that showcased their business well.
The city needed an online hub that felt modern, fast, trustworthy, and easy to use. And local businesses needed a simple way to show up professionally online without the cost of a full website. The goal: build a clean, intuitive directory that locals actually want to use — and that founders are proud to be part of.
The Outcome
We designed and built Chilliwack Connect, a modern, search-friendly directory that brings the whole community together. Locals can now browse categories, compare businesses, and explore clean, professional listing pages that function like mini-websites — complete with images, descriptions, services, contact links, and Google Review integrations.
Businesses get a polished online presence without the overwhelm of DIY tools. Locals get one place to find trusted services and discover hidden gems. And the city gets a digital hub that will grow with the community.
Today, Chilliwack Connect is becoming a go-to resource for residents, a visibility boost for founders, and a platform that genuinely strengthens local connection.
