The Challenge

ABMartin are leading data privacy experts, and creators of the first software solution to mask unstructured data. First founded in 2009, ABMartin’s software and services have become increasingly important to companies looking to stay compliant and competitive within evermore stringent data privacy regulations. However, their logo and visual identity was beginning to feel outdated and inconsistent across various brand touchpoints. It didn’t truly reflect their innovative and pioneering offering or fully differentiate their brand in a highly competitive market. 

Whilst ABMartin had a well-established and trusted partnership with IBM, they also needed a stronger online brand presence to attract new clients from outside the sphere of IBM. Their existing website, built on Wix, was proving difficult to update and lacked the simplicity and intuitive user experience (UX) they needed. Not only that, it was missing crucial SEO fundamentals which would help improve their online visibility.

The Outcome

To understand ABMartin’s position and unique offering in the data privacy market, we began by researching their competitors and target audience. We unpacked their business and brand into a 70-page document containing actionable insights for the next phase of brand building, brand positioning, and brand strategy. Retaining an element of familiarity, we elevated their existing word-mark logo to create a simple, modern, and strong brand identity to create a holistic look and feel across all touchpoints. 

With the visual system in place, our copywriting team developed the content and messaging around our research and discovery. This was carefully mapped to the UX wireframes, which were then beautified with user interface (UI) design in the brand colors, logo, and font styles. The no-code simplicity of Webflow meant a quick launch with all the SEO fundamentals in place from the get-go. The result? A brand transformation that takes ABMartin into the future.
