The Challenge
Cedarbrook offered a lifestyle that most people spend years working toward, but their website didn't show it. In a market full of master-planned communities and homebuilders all saying the same things, Cedarbrook blended in when it should have stood out. The warmth, the belonging, the sense of place — none of it came through online. They needed a website that could communicate what made life at Cedarbrook so different than any other neighbourhood in Chilliwack. So they came to KHULA.
The Outcome
We started with deep competitor research to find exactly where Cedarbrook's voice could own the room. The insight we landed on: belonging. Not just a place to live, but a place to be home. That idea shaped everything: the messaging, the structure, the design. Navigation was stripped back and rebuilt around two clear calls to action: Homes to Own and Homes to Rent. Custom CMS pages were built for each home type, giving prospective residents an easy, visual way to explore layouts and options. Copy was rewritten throughout so visitors could picture themselves here , not just read about the place. The design was crafted to match the lifestyle Cedarbrook actually delivers. And under the hood, we completed keyword research and built-in Foundational SEO so the site performs as well as it looks.
