A Site Built to Recruit as Hard as They Work
METRIC has broken ground across the Fraser Valley and Western Canada since 2012, delivering earthworks, utilities, roadworks, and environmental work for municipalities, First Nations, and developers. Their branding was strong, but their outdated WordPress site didn't reflect 375+ projects and an 80% return client rate, or sell the job to scarce trades talent. We rebuilt it in Webflow for two audiences, decision-makers and job-seekers, with sharp messaging and a careers page of drone footage, team interviews, and culture stories. The result wins projects and the people who build alongside them.
